Grappa di Chianti Classico
Raw material: fermented pomace of Sangiovese grapes suitable for the production of Chianti Classico produced in the Casuccio Tarletti estate.
Production process: the softly pressed pomace is transferred to the distillery where, with an accurate distillation with an artisanal discontinuous method using copper steam boilers, this delicious grappa is produced with a manual tail-heart-head cut. No aroma added during distillation.
Aging: in stainless steel containers
Organoleptic characteristics: visual sensations: crystal clear; olfactory sensations: immediate perception of fresh marc with a delicately complex perfume. Taste sensations grappa with a soft taste of good balance. Aftertaste that confirms the olfactory sensations leaving the mouth pleasantly clean with delicate and enveloping hints.
Alcohol content: 42% vol.
