- Soil formed in several different geological eras, rich in minerals. Silty-clayey subsoil.

- Mediterranean, with rainfall concentrated in the spring and autumn months. Frequent presence of wind.
- Production process
- Manual harvesting of the grapes, vinification in steel. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26 degrees for 15 days on the skins, malolactic fermentation in steel. Aging in 10 hl French oak barrels, barriques and tonneaux for 36 months. Bottle refinement for 6 months.
