- Production process
- Manual harvesting of the grapes, soft pressing of the whole stalk. Static decantation of the must and subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14°C. Second fermentation directly in the bottle, no disgorgement.
- Pairing
- Aperitif, fried vegetables and fish. Grilled fish and shellfish, white meats with delicate cooking.
