- Microclimate
- Mediterranean. Summer drought and mild winters, with sporadic frosts. Modest daily and annual temperature variations due to the proximity to the sea.
- Production process
- Manual harvesting of the grapes and soft pressing. Separate vinification of the grapes in steel: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature on the skins for about 10 days in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. Aged in barrique for 18 months.
