Production Process: Manual harvest when the grapes are fully ripe. Immediate pressing and temperature controlled fermentation (18°C). Maturation on yeasts for about 3 months
Organoleptic Properties: Colour – pale yellow with golden streaks; Bouquet – intense and fruity with scent of apricot and yellow flowers; Taste – fresh and elegant, great ‘drinkability’
